The Parliamentarians announced in the course of the sitting that the Bill (Reg. No2644) suggests fixing the right of the citizens to be present during the court sitting and vesting other persons present in the court hall with the right to use portable audio technical and video technical equipment.
As it was emphasised, the Bill also envisages fixing the right of the journalists not to divulge the information regarding the person that supplied the information on committed crime, without the consent, except those cases the non-divulgence may cause serious damage to the health of person or their life.
